To ensure the smooth running of the JDEDISCE 2026 Doctoral Students’ Day, here are some essential details:

Send the slides (maximum 5 slides) by email to elipsce38@gmail.com no later than 30/05/26, in .pptw or .pdf format, named SURNAME_First name_flash.

🔹 Posters

• Maximum size: A0 (119 x 84 cm, portrait orientation)

• Several poster sessions are scheduled.

💡 Need to print your poster?

A reprography center is available at Université Grenoble Alpes, accessible to students and staff for educational, administrative, associative, and personal printing needs.

📌 Estimated cost: A0 poster on 130g coated paper → €15
